Contract Management and Invoicing of waste disposal services
Waste disposal services can be planned and performed on the basis of contracts. A contract records all the information required for the planning, execution and billing of waste disposal services. This includes information such as prices, waste streams involved, container information and service addresses. Contracts are fully integrated with SAP Waste & Recycling's downstream operational processes, with a design where data flows automatically between the different stages of the end-to-end process.
SAP Waste & Recycling is a fully integrated solution from SAP and works with SAP's SD and MM modules.
SAP Waste & Recycling is automatically fed with the data recorded in the contract and is used to process the contract logistics in the form of disposal orders and weighing slips.
Invoicing with SAP Sales and Distribution is based on performance data captured during execution and information recorded in the contract. SAP Sales and Distribution can meet complex pricing requirements and automate the billing process. Both individual and collective invoices can be generated in the invoice run. This means that direct billing of services is just as possible as periodic collective billing.
View of a contract is provided via document flow functionality along with full visibility of associated documents such as disposal orders, weigh slips and invoices.
