Flexible Working Hours

Our flexible working hours make it easier to combine family and career. Working hours can be arranged independently as far as possible in a mix of trust and core working hours. We offer the possibility of completing tasks from a different location on up to 3 days per week.

Communication

Our management provides regular updates on the latest developments and offers a view of the big picture. We hold annual feedback meetings and our managers are of course always ready to listen if necessary. Our individual development and training opportunities give each:r employee the chance to develop according to their own ideas and wishes, but also at their own pace.

We contribute to climate protection and reduce our electricity consumption, among other things, through server virtualization and our own photovoltaic system (currently under construction). In addition, we equip the offices with environmentally friendly and sustainable products and actively separate waste.
